Does Kraus have a dedicated showroom?

No, currently Kraus does not have a showroom. We can however, be found in certain showrooms across the country, found on our Where to Buy Page.

I’m looking for a part and can’t find it on your website. What should I do?

Our website features all current parts and products in our line. It is possible that this part is on a discontinued model. If possible please photograph the product and part, and send to info@kraususa.com You may also call 1-800-775-0703 to speak to a representative.

What warranty does Kraus offer for products?

Kraus USA offers a limited lifetime warranty on all products, constrained to the original installation and owner. The details of this agreement can be found on our Warranty Page.

As a dealer am I required to maintain certain levels of inventory?

We review our dealer agreements regarding inventory on a case-by-case basis. Some dealers are better suited for drop shipping, while others are required to maintain a certain size of product offering.

Do you audit vendors on a regular basis?

At Kraus we maintain selective, close relationships with our dealers. Rather than an official auditing program, we enjoy a dialogue of constant feedback regarding brand portrayal and sales advice.

Is volume shipping available?

Yes, we are able to ship palettes of sinks, nested together if you have a large-scale development project.

What is the recommended care and maintenance of Kraus products?

We suggest different methods of cleaning and maintenance for each product type. You can read our Care and Maintenance instructions here .

I am having installation issues, what should I do?

First ensure that you have the installation templates and tools that arrived with the product. If still having issues, please call us at 1-800-775-0703 and we can offer assistance. We also suggest searching YouTube for installation videos, because many of our vendors produce these on a regular basis.

Is this particular product cUPC, NSF 61 Certified, ADA, and AB1953 Compliant and LISTED?
  • IAPMO Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) Certification Mark: The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) Shield is applied to products that are certified by IAPMO as complying with BOTH the product’s performance standard AND the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC). Applies to all plumbing products, appliances, pipe, fixtures, valves and related products.
  • ADA Compliance All of our products meet standards and guidelines issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • AB1953 This bill defines the term “lead free” as an average lead content of 0.25% or less, changing the current standard. This bill will be passed into law on January 1st, 2010 and all new installations after that date will be subject to the new law. What this means is that businesses in California and Vermont will not be able sell or stock items that have not been certified to the requirements of this law.
